I too experience derealization and depersonalization. I agree with Byz, the grounding skills can be very helpful to pull you back out of this. They take practice though so you need to kind of build up your grounding skills muscles.
Also, try doing a google for Mindfulness. Mindfulness exercises can also be very helpful. In fact, grounding is a sort of a mindfulness exercise.
