I am hiding, kind of too.
I am embarrassed a little. I did make it through my time line of Aug 23rd but I am still feeling crappy and like I cannot control myself from time to time. My thoughts are still there about why I am alive...and then I think about sabotaging my life in other ways. Like quitting my really good job, or wrecking my new Sante Fe, or cutting myself all up. It is like I got all this support and I hear it all and yet my mind is still playing tricks on me.
So, I am embarrassed....
