This is interesting....Good question.

I think what makes me most fearful....has to be a toss up between the Dentist and the loss of freedom (for what little there is left, anyway).

What delivers me my greatest sense of comfort is knowing that there is a purpose for being "here" now, (whether or not we understand it) and that there is a far greater existance which awaits us after.
