Stupid, stupid, stupid Lady Chaos!
((((((((( Lady Chaos ))))))))))) Please promise us you will never, NEVER again treat yourself with such self-deprecation. You promise?

Have you thought about taking a speech class? If that is not an option, maybe you could read a short chapter of a book to a friend who also has read the chapter. Reading aloud will get you accustomed to hearing your own voice, and give you a chance to practice breathing (When stressed many hold their breath unknowingly). The questions from the friend will help you get used to thinking on your toes. If that process helps you can do it again as often as you like until you are more comfortable.

Some looking for jobs go to interviews knowing they likely do not have a realistic chance of getting the job, yet benefit from going through the interviewing process.

Practice the anxiety and panic tips I posted at your profile.

One rejection does NOT make you worthless and stupid. It is a challenge for you to work on what you need to do to present yourself as the one best qualified for the job at the next interview.

Good luck.
Thanks for this!
