it is so awesome that you have stayed sober for as long as you have! and for taking th initiative to take care of YOURSELF. you feel good, and that's all that matters!! i mean, an IOP is such a huge step for anyone, because of the commitment and the intensity. but coming out of a seven week treatment, you understand all of that!!
