Obviously none of us on here can tell you if you need a therapist or not, that would have to be something you decide on your own (or with the help of family). If the furniture moving is the only manifestation of anxiety that you have, maybe you're fine and the moving is working well to help you cope with your anxiety. If there are lots of things you do that don't help you cope, but you do them anyway (compulsions) maybe you do need a therapist.
