While i don't think anyone here can diagnose ...... it's best to see a therapist and get guidance for that....

with that said though, it sounds more like you have depression. I would think that to have a personality disorder one would most likely show symptoms for at least 5 years or more..... that would show it's chronic-- a part of ones personality....(IMO)
