You have to get sleep.....My Psych says 8 hours a night....because lack of sleep will make depression and bipolar worse over time. I also shun sleep too much, probably not for the same reasons as you (I always feel like I'd be missing something if I slept too much), but the results are probably the same. 8 hours to me seems a bit much so I try 6 at least, and it makes me feel refreshed more and can deal with more....Wouldn't hurt to try it....Good Luck..Y
