  It seems the first thing you need to do is talk to either your family doctor or a psychiatrist about not sleeping. You need some kind of help with that, you can't go that long without sleep and not be adversely affected by it. Getting a good night's sleep is very serious business. I'd start working on that. When you get your sleep right, then maybe therapy or self help books or groups, and posting here at PC, to help you learn to let go of him. And let us know how you are doing and what's going on.
