Venting is good. Keep that up.
I am like you. I have a really hard time hiding my feelings from people. I guess the only advice I have is to just simply say..."I have some unexpected buisness come up and just need a little bit to resolve it". Dont get specific, just enough for them to know that your dealing with something without actually letting them know what it is.
I am thinking that you need to do some extra curricular activities to not only relieve your stress, but to divert your mind to more positve things. Yoga is good, I hear. I have never actually done this but I hear that its wonderful. Taking walks on the beach is great. That is one of my most peaceful places. I can actually clear my head and listen to only the sounds of the water, waves and birds. To me, it's so peaceful. How do you feel about crafts? I know sometimes its hard to set aside time to do things like that but doing crafts can be really helpful. You can create, divert your mind all at the same time. Just a thought.
