From all you describe Wise, it really doesn't sound like you're faking it. Rather, it sounds like you;re going through a lot of pain and illness right now and I wish it wasn't so. Is there no way you can take time from work? Temporary leave of absence? Maybe start working part-time? I hope things improve soon. Things sound very unpleasant for you right now.
