Is the nausea related to a virus or something you ate? You can take gravol - I personally can't take gravol because it gives me 'restles leg syndrome'. They do have a natural gravol made from gingeroot. You can also buy fresh gingeroot and slice a 1" piece and boil it for 5 min. - you can add it to green tea if you like. There also an accupressure point on your inner wrist - try pressing there with your thumb for 30 seconds and then repeat on the other wrist. I hate throwing up too.
