I personally don't think anyone should be ashamed of making such tapes, as long as it's consenting adults (and consenting teens might make them, too, but I'd advise not to, since it's illegal; however, teens are more apt to create such tapes, being young and naive and sometimes "in love"). But you can't be surprised if they get out. Even if you wish you hadn't, just accept it and don't let people get you down about it. Those people giving you a hard time are probably freakier than you!
