I'm sorry to hear that your going through such a hard time. Do you have a therapist or doctor that you can talk to about the sleep situation? My Psychiatrist has told me to take 2 Benadryl at night - I take them about 8 and I'm ready for bed by 9 and I sleep though the night. But before takeing any medication that is new to you, you really should talk to your doctor first! You may have allergies that we are not aware of - but your doctor would or should have this information.

Please be carefull taking any medications that help you to sleep - please, call your doctor or the nearest Emergency Room for information about a over the counter med before you take it. I'm drug sensative - two benadryl knock me out or up to 8-10 hours.... Becareful, please if you decide to try a sleep aid.
