I breastfed my two girls as well. I got some pain when the milk was coming down, if they were engorged or if there was a breast infection. How long has it been since you last had milk? I don't think it's anything to worry about, but I would still mention it to your doctor. I also pumped once my girls stopped taking from the breast - what devotion we have! I had several problems with breast infections - so painful. Breast feeding was one of the best experiences of my life.
