Wow!!
Your parents sound a bit intrusive, googling you to find out info on you and then taking it steps further. If they weren't intending to invade your privacy in that way, why wouldn't they just come to you first and talk with you before going behind your back.
And....your 21 years old. You have a right to express yourself, you have a right to privacy.
Keep your head up. I'm not sure if you will have an opportunity to get out on your own anytime soon, but I hope you can. And the password is a good idea.
