I agree with Holmes!!
I don't know you that well, but it sounds like you were very dependent on your PS3...almost to an addiction level, maybe?
It sounds like you're going through withdrawals and that your PS3 was your coping skill. It is difficult for you, but you can have too much of a good thing. If it takes up all your time and numbs you out and provides an outlet that allows you to not deal with your pain in your life...it's not necessarily a good thing.
Take this time to find other healthy ways to spend your time. Read a book, take a walk, see if you can meet up with (safe) family or friends and have actual interaction. Experiment with new things like art, or sports. Talk to (safe) people. Go outside and breathe in fresh air. Reach out for help!!
It's not healthy to spend all your time so absorbed in video games. Too much skews reality and fries your brain. Seriously...hang in there and keep posting.
