Weeeeee! Congrats! I too have quit SIing, and while I understand the struggle, I know that this is much much better for me in the long run - and it will be for you too. I believe there becomes a point where you finally say to yourself "How much longer can I do this?" I told myself if I didn't quit right then, I would never do it. It takes immense courage, strength, and maturity to be able to quit. Those who can't simply aren't ready yet, but it seems as if you are!

Good luck with all your struggles. One thing to keep in mind: stay AWAY from anything triggering, and I'm telling you, you're going to find yourself a much happier person.
