I think that is a downward spiral. You feel depressed from being sick and then being depressed makes you even more sick and it just continues....
I'm not sure how to break the cycle but maybe your doc can help you out with that part. Remember, a positive attitude can go a long way. I used to fake a smile until the point when I honestly just felt happy. And simple things like correcting your posture, taking the time to look nice or wearing a smile no matter how you feel can honestly change how you feel on the inside. Take some time out of the day to focus on you! It can do wonders.
