It's easy to say "just enroll them in dance class," but the 7-year-old "Samba Queen" in question CAME from a dance studio, owned and operated by her PARENTS. 
I don't believe dance studios here in the States, regardless of style, are completely innocent either when it comes to showing off little girls as "sex symbols." 
I believe this particular clip is screaming to be heard here on this thread....
