Thanks Eskielover. I loved to dance and watch dancing too. A friend of mine with Hispanic/Latino heritage once said "We don't HAVE to teach sex education....we have SALSA!" (dance)

She didn't mean it in a sexual way, though in any long-term committed relationship sex obviously plays a part. There's more to it though. It's the symbolism of working together in unison - falling on and supporting each other, focusing only on each other through all the twists, turns, spins and dips of life....until the song (life) is over.

Placing little girls on stage to dance seductively for grown adults only showcases their sex appeal - regardless of dance style. The only exception is dance that also includes a story, has a moral, a lesson, etc.
