I have a 20-year-old who is also unemployed at this time, but in his case, it's the job market. He has applied and applied; he's interviewed. Just nobody is hiring. And it's not like he's looking for a big money making job. He'd take just about any job at this point. He really wants to be making some money. It does look like he may have finally found something through our church though. We're keeping our fingers crossed. It won't be a lot of money, but it will be a start.

Keep the purse strings tight. That usually does the trick.
