I use that tool already. I also use one on
www.facingus.org which is sponsored by DBSA. I also have a mood journal on my Blackberry.
Now the chances of me actually
using these are around 50%. I've just been super busy these past couple of weeks, and I haven't really had the opportunity to rationalize what is actually going on. I went to my T yesterday, and I came to realize that I'm actually doing pretty good in comparison to where I was 4 months ago. I just have to stop being so critical towards myself, which is really hard when all you really know is criticism.
