WE love the way you said that. Now the next question is have you ever took swimming lessons. It is the same way with the mind. You are safe and comfortable in the place that you are now in. Just like the beginning swimmer is but once you feel safe in the water you will be able to go deeper into the water with out thought. Now this is olympic training of the mind. It is not as easy to do now that you are an adult. As children we took so much on faith that it still amazes me that we survived that which most adults could not have done so.
