I refuse to let other people's judgements bring me down, especially when they don't even know me.....

Someone on another site stated that we only see a snapshot of other's lives (and personalities and "potential") from their posts here...... how true.

And that snapshot is often coloured by our own distorted filters (my addition)
My opinion is that if you think you know me..... you probably don't

A friend from elsewhere who shares the "avoidant" dx.... which I hate (although I intensely dislike labels in general) said how people don't understand "avoidants". I have to agree. Blech.
