Sometimes carbs can cause tiredness shortly after eating. Everything in your breakfast had carbs, and both the cheese and bread in your lunch had carbs. This could be the problem, although the lunch was quite a bit lower carb than the breakfast. For your breakfast, try omitting the orange and having something that is high protein, this might help. Definitely talk to your doctor about it though. This could be an indication of a problem.

I am diabetic, and your breakfast in particular would send my sugar far too high. Which among other things would make me very tired and cause a headache.
