I mainly have trouble getting to sleep at night. Feel wired up/alert till around 2-3am and then I can eventually get in bed without fidgeting but still takes awhile to get to sleep.
After my last post I actually went for a nap though. Still feeling fatigued and I actually had a nightmare relating to self harm which is new for me :/ I don't usually remember dream these days and this one was rather graphic so I hope it was a once off...
