Therapy is for depression (among other things). You can choose to just live with it or you could choose to do something nice for yourself and choose therapy.

When we grow up in dysfunctional families, everyone in it works towards the needs of just one member, usually a parent. This trains everyone that their needs don't exist and they spend their lives continuing to meet everyone else's needs but their own. Do I hear this going on with you here?
