Using today as an exact example:
Woke up at 6:30, practiced at 7:30, was focused, alert, felt no need for caffeine but was a bit hungry.
Went to class at 8:30 and ate yogurt with granola (lowfat yogurt cup, all natural, Dannon + 1/4 cup Kashi granolalike cereal) and an orange. I also drank a lot of water. By 10:00 I was feeling so tired that instead of doing more work I just went home and curled up in bed, a complete change from the 7:30!
I started to feel a bit better and then I went up and ate a sandwich (cheese, turkey, multi grain bread), but instead of going to do other things as planned I started feeling tired and sad again just 15-30 minutes after eating!
I had a better day later, but again I ate a small dinner at 8 or so and immediately started feeling really sad and almost felt panicky.
I really haven't even eaten much today - why is this happening? I'm thinking it's related to the food but I could be wrong...
Thanks for reading. Just thought someone here might magically know the answer =)

this past thanksgiving they had an article on the news about how some foods like turkey has a chemical mineral or something like that, that causes people to be tired after they eat, I also have a friend who gets tired after eating her cause is anemia. maybe keep track of your food ingredients and see if its something in the food you may be having a reaction too like what turkey does on thanksgiving and go see your doctor to find out if you are anemic.
