I hate to say that I am in the same boat!! I cant seem to communicate with my alters and the only place is in therapy. I want to have them ( any alter that is to come out) but noone will. I feel since that in therapy if that is the only place they will have their say, then I dont want to have anything to do with them!! Sorry for venting, but this thread hits home with me!
