I take benzos (3mg of xanax) and it does the job, except pdoc doesn't like this for the long-term. So he's adding depakote back to the mix (fat pills) and weaning me off xanax. People build up a tolerance for benzos and they are habit forming.

The goal of course would be to find the med that does the trick that has the lowest risk of long-term side effects.
