Yes, there are some horrible things going on in our world. And those things make up the news every single day. That is what sells. The newspapers and tv stations seek out those heart-wrenching stories because that's what sells. Unfortunately, all of the stations jump on those stories and cover every possible aspect they can get their paws on. That, in itself, is the most disgusting aspect of current times.

BUT ~ There are wonderful stories that happen every day, throughout the entire world. There is peace. There is happiness. People that care about others. People going out of their way to help those that they don't even know get through tough times. I'd venture to say that the vast majority of human beings are on this side most of their lives.
