You may want to look into PTSD groups for veterans.

Meeting with other veterans could help you feel less alone. More understood. They could certainly offer their insight into what they've done to work through their injuries. How their friends and family have reacted to them (and their injuries) could also be especially helpful.

I can only imagine how difficult the separation has been for you and your family. That isn't an easy road.
