I've tried self-hypnosis and hypnosis with a T. I never felt like I was truly relaxed enough for it. I thought it would be like being in a dream, but most of the time I couldn't do it. Although, it has half-way worked at times. Then at times, I just fell asleep. I still try sometimes though. It does help me relax a little.
