I have a real anxiety problem and double sleepy time with tension tamer, plus Klonopin and melatonin with a Vitamin C tablet. Someone said taking Vitamin C with melatonin increases it's affects. When I didn't do this I would wake up with the same stress I had developed by the night before, but now with the teas and melatonin I feel like I had a very good night's rest and am not cranky at all. I like walking the dog sometimes in the morning but it is still bloody cold. I wake up early and my new goal is to walk the dog and head to the Y to swim 20-40 laps until I can just swim for an hour straight. Swimming and hot tubs definitely relax you. If ever you have cabin fever and don't know what to do but want to do something, head to an indoor pool with a hot tub and it will change your perception completely. For people with disability YMCA memberships are $10-15, what a great deal right?
