If you can, see a doc or nutritionist. If not, try experimenting with your diet. Try going a few days without dairy, try a few days without wheat... could be any number of things including an allergy or sensitivity. I've been emotionally distressed lately, so I've had no appetite despite being hungry. A lean cuisine is literally too much for me to eat... and this is coming from a big time food addict. Sometimes our minds can effect our bodies to extremes without us even realizing it much of the time.
