argh! i have to do all these work sheets for the therapy program i have been put into. its a bit hard its like challenging unrealistic thoughts and things like that, and also writing why i think that the SA occurred, i have no f***ing clue why it happened. anyway.. maybe i should just try my best and hope that the T likes it. I will try to do as much as i can but its hard.
