We understand how this happens. It is very hard to be able to bring the adult mind forward when there are youngers inside who are trying hard to protect the whole.
It takes a whole lot of work to keep the adult self in front even when the situation makes us dissociate. But you are doing great work by keeping writing it out and just take each day at a time.
