Maybe you could call your p-doc or whom ever you're seeing and let them know what's goind on - I don't know what you might be allergic to so I hate to state what you might try to help you sleep. My psych doc has me take benadryl (2) at night and they help me sleep through the night (plus help with the side effects of the Abilify that I take). I also take a pill for my panic attacks - that really relaxes me and so I can only take it when I'm home and not operating anything - it makes me sleep really well, also. You might want to ask him for some thing like that.
