I told T on Saturday. I couldn't look at him. He was glad I told him and said I must really trust him to tell him this. He also said it was normal. He wanted to do the empty chair, but I told him I couldn't do it. I just can't face her yet. He was ok with that. I've felt out of it for a few days, very tired. That was hard.
