I was thinking about you and hoping you are doing okay. I am proud of you for sharing with your t. I know it was hard for when I first told someone I felt so dirty and alone with it. I had no idea it was something that happens but it did make sense once I talked about it. In time you will be able to do the empty chair. Hang in there and know you are not alone.
