I look forward to seeing T too, & having it set on the calendar. I'm going 2x per week right now, that helps. Other than that I try to get out to the store once a day (even just to buy a diet coke or something) just to be around other people - or the library or a cafe. One day at the library the guy at the cirrculation desk said to me, "you know, you can use our automated check-out system," and he pointed over at a machine in the corner. I just shook my head and said, "no thanks." I wanted to tell him he was the one person I would interact with that afternoon.
