I dissociate during sex, I am unable to reach orgasm, and have been like this for years, but not willing to admit it or talk about it. So when I am with a guy, and I never reach orgasm, and he does cum, I feel like a complete slut. I feel as though I am being used. But then again i like the physical of being with a guy.
