we have one who holds rage. this energy is very powerful, very strong, far physically stronger than any of the rest of us and is capable of great violence. it is scarey to know she is there, and heart-breaking to know that innocents in my life have been on the receiving end of her (adults, not our children, though this is a constant fear). but also those who are not innocent, who perpetrated violence against us as an adult, who have been on the receiving end. we don't have much in the way of memories, just information that has come from others inc the police. there is much shock, shame and guilt associated with these incidences but also there is an element of great awe; it is so hard to comprehend that the hands that are typing these words committed such acts of violence against other human beings. we struggle with acceptance of this part that has no communication with the rest of us and live in constant fear of hurting our loved ones as we have such little understanding of this part. i think we may have gotten off track with your thread, sorry for doing so, and i don't have anything positive to offer for your situation, other than i understand the shock such memories can evoke.
