You have rights, you get to make choices, you deserve good stuff. And if anyone tries to tell you different, just let us know. Cause I imagine a posse of us can just educate that foolish person otherwise.

You don't have to apologize. You get to have plenty of time to take good, compassionate care of yourself. When any of us take good care of ourselves, we help us all.
