So happy for you that you found THE book you needed to help you understand. It is so wonderful to know that someone else can relate to what you are going through. We talked here about bodywork and massage last year when you were just starting the journey. I was a massage therapist and once in a while, I worked with clients who had touch issues.

I'm not at all familiar with that book, but if it addresses the issues you needed to learn about, it doesn't matter if it is 'old'. Bodywork and the voices in your head and the need for human touch are all 'old' too. the basics are the same.
