The main question is How do I tell those that I have worked with for 4.5 years about the self injury thing??? I'm not like most of you, I have not cut at all. But I've done other things, and even here, I can't say what those things are. I know that I need to let the Professionals know but, I'm not comfortable telling anyone about it, any suggestions. (besides just telling them, something more concret)
