as I was just told by new T, "When the patient gets better the diagnoses changes."
I've had a lot of diagnoses put on me in the last decade or so, and when I told my new T all of them she said she thought that was a hefty load of diagnoses for one person. She isn't even interested in talking about a diagnoses with me anytime soon.
Every T diagnoses or treats differently. Think of it is several different subjects/perspectives to focus on and pull good coping tools from, that's what I've tried to do. Whether or not I am any or all of the dx I've been given or not, I can use different tools from each direction as a lesson in helping me to build a better map of healing for myself.
