I'm sorry too!! I honestly like the emo look. It's nice really..emos have a nice cooridinated way of dressing. Much better than many people I see with long shirts, pants without a belt (and bad looking boxers might I add LOL ), and the like.

And don't worry about the hair. You want it like that, you keep it like that.

Please ignore those people. They don't get it and they are wasting their time hurting the feelings of one who does not deserve it (you!). Shame on them.

Lol, personal story. My friend thought I looked emo one day, black jacket, hood over my head, etc. Ugh, it stuck on, he called me emo all the time. But I didn't care. I just laughed and took it as a joke. I digress lol.

I agree w/ rohag though! Good for you for having self-control! It's understandable that you are angry at them (and who wouldn't be!), but you did a good thing, and I am happy for you!
And yes, blowing up on them has reverse psychology. You seem like more of a victim. It's annoying...it just shows the immaturity of people. :|
