Hi, I'm new. I'm on a heap of drugs including Lamictal (only for a few months now, including a stay in the psych ward to get the dosage up), Lithium and Seroquel. I was in a long cycle of S* depression through mid last year so that's why the psych tried Lamictal on me. It is defintely helping and I have less S* thinking and planning, more hope and defintely more functionality - with crashes all the time still - some due to Bipolar and some due to panic and anxiety. But now I AM scared that it's effects will eventually wain and I'll be back where I was and worse, because it's life and death for me, so it's very scarey. I'm so maxed out by the whole "guinea pig" with meds over so many years.
